Have you ever looked in the Craigslist used cars for sale section? You might be surprised how many affordable automobiles are available on Craiglist and how many cars are being sold by owners. These days, you might be able to find a cheap car for sale by owner due to people trying to reduce expenses in their daily lives and to earn some extra money to pay for bills and other immediate needs. If you are not familiar with the popular listing service, just got to the site and search in your local area under the auto section of the list. You will see that every type of vehicle can be found there and all you will need to do is search by the vehicle type, year, and make and a desired price and you’re well on your way to purchasing a brand new used vehicle. Some things you will want to consider is the location of the owner and whether or not there are pictures that are available.
Usually the owner of the vehicle will post pictures of their car with their advertisement but some owners will state that you will need to contact them in order to view the photos. Also, before going to see the car, you should probably do some research on the price of the car and check the VIN number. The next thing you should do is pull up a Carfax report and see whether the vehicle is a lemon and whether or not you should actually make an attempt to visit the owner. If you do these things beforehand, then it won’t be as much of a headache when you go to the site where the used vehicle is.

For sale by owner??? good idea or bad idea?
The house we are currently looking at is for sale by owner. Right now there is no one living in the house. It looks like the grass has been cut. But its was just to make it look like some one lives there it wasn't weed waked or anything like that. No shades on the windows Is it a good idea to think about this or not?
A girl at work told me there is 4 ways to look at a house for sale by owner. Its either a death in the family and kids are trying to sell it with out extra cost. Some thing is wrong with it and they are trying to get rid of it to some one stupid. The people bought another house and truly don't have the money for a realtor. Or 4 we are just damn lucky….
